We offer 2 Payment terms. Our Standard terms are net 30 and we also offer a 2 Day Quick Pay with a 6% discount

How does RPM pay carriers?

RPM uses Triumph Pay. It’s free to use for carriers and offers 7 different payment options including a free Next Day ACH (from the time the invoices is approved by RPM)

Do you offer QuickPay?

Yes, we offer one fast payment option. Our Quick Pay is paid within 2 business days of us receiving and approving your paperwork. For the 2 day pay, our discount is 6%. Payments are made via Triumph Pay using the method you choose.

Can I get Quick Pay on some loads, but not all?

Yes! With Triumph Pay, you could select Quick Pay on any of your loads. You can change at any time. Just sign up for Net 30 and you can select Quick Pay on any load you would like through the Triumph Pay Portal.

Is there a fee for QuickPay?

Yes, there is a fee. RPM charges a discount of 6%.

How does QuickPay work?

Your paperwork needs to be submitted to QuickPay@LoadRpm.com. RPM will review your invoice to ensure it is complete and correct. Once it is “approved” by RPM, you will be paid by Triumph Pay via the method you selected. We approve invoices within 2 business days.

In Triumph Pay, my invoice says PENDING. What does that mean?

PENDING status means RPM has either not yet received your invoice, or it has been received and not yet approved. For quick pay, we typically approve invoices in less than 2 business days from the time we receive your paperwork. Please make sure you are sending to QuickPay@loadrpm.com" to avoid delays.

What is required in order to receive payment?

You must include the following:

  • Invoice: which includes your company name, amount due, RPM pro number, and summary of items transported
  • RPM Rate Confirmation: used to identify which load and verify rate matches
  • Signed Bill of Lading:
    • Must be signed as received at delivery by the consignee
    • If this is for vehicles, the full 17 digit VIN must be recorded on the BOL
    • BOL should also indicate RPM pro number
  • Any lumper or assessorial fee receipts
  • any customer specific paperwork that may be required and notified at time of dispatch and/or on your rate confirmation

Where do I send my paperwork so I can get paid?

For QuickPay send your invoice and all paperwork to:

    This is the preferred method. You'll get an automatic email confirmation that your paperwork has been received.

    The only confirmation is from your own fax machine. Due to the quantity of invoices we receive, RPM cannot respond to whether or not we received a fax.

I emailed my invoice and paperwork. How do I know you received it?

If you emailed QuickPay@loadRPM.com or AP@loadRPM.com, you'll get an automatic confirmation. If you don't get the confirmation, accounting did not receive your paperwork and you aren't scheduled to be paid.

I faxed you my invoice and paperwork. How do I know you received it?

Verify you're faxing the correct number. The only confirmation you'll receive is from your own fax machine. Due to the quantity of invoices we receive, RPM cannot respond to whether or not we received a fax.

If I sent my paperwork to a member of your dispatch team, will I still get paid?

No. In order to be paid, you must send your invoice and all paperwork to accounting.

    I only included the last 8 of the VIN. Will I still get paid?

    There is a good chance you won't. Many of our customers require the full 17 digit VIN, and therefore, RPM requires the full 17 digits of a VIN. While you may work with us and 8 is okay, you may also work with us when it's not enough. For that reason, it's best to always include the full 17 digits of a VIN.
