What payment terms do you offer?

We offer 2 payment types: Net 30 day payment with a check and QuickPay with PayPal.

Are Net 30 and QuickPay your only payment options?

Yes, as of now, these are the only 2 payment options we have.

Do you offer QuickPay?

Yes, we offer one fast payment option. We can pay you with PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to register and must select the QuickPay option through RPMCarriers.com

Is there a fee for QuickPay?

Yes. There is a fee. RPM takes a 3% fee and PayPal charges an additional fee of 2.9%. In total the fee is 5.9%

How does QuickPay work?

You must select QuickPay and have a registered PayPal account. Once your load delivers, send your invoice, rate confirmation, and signed bill of lading (BOL) to QuickPay@LoadRPM.com. Once we have received all necessary, legible paperwork you will be paid within two business days.

What is required in order to receive payment?

You must include the following:

  • Invoice: which includes your company name, amount due, RPM pro number, and summary of items transported
  • RPM Rate Confirmation: used to identify which load and verify rate matches
  • Signed Bill of Lading:
    • Must be signed as received at delivery by the consignee
    • If this is for vehicles, the full 17 digit VIN must be recorded on the BOL
    • BOL should also indicate RPM pro number
  • Any lumper or assessorial fee receipts
  • any customer specific paperwork that may be required and notified at time of dispatch and/or on your rate confirmation

Where do I send my paperwork so I can get paid?

For QuickPay with PayPal send your invoice and all paperwork to:

    This is the preferred method. You'll get an automatic email confirmation that your paperwork has been received.

    The only confirmation is from your own fax machine. Due to the quantity of invoices we receive, RPM cannot respond to whether or not we received a fax.

I emailed my invoice and paperwork. How do I know you received it?

If you emailed QuickPay@loadRPM.com or AP@loadRPM.com, you'll get an automatic confirmation. If you don't get the confirmation, accounting did not receive your paperwork and you aren't scheduled to be paid.

I faxed you my invoice and paperwork. How do I know you received it?

Verify you're faxing the correct number. The only confirmation you'll receive is from your own fax machine. Due to the quantity of invoices we receive, RPM cannot respond to whether or not we received a fax.

If I sent my paperwork to a member of your dispatch team, will I still get paid?

No. In order to be paid, you must send your invoice and all paperwork to accounting.

    I only included the last 8 of the VIN. Will I still get paid?

    There is a good chance you won't. Many of our customers require the full 17 digit VIN, and therefore, RPM requires the full 17 digits of a VIN. While you may work with us and 8 is okay, you may also work with us when it's not enough. For that reason, it's best to always include the full 17 digits of a VIN.
