Yes, we offer 1 Quick Pay Option. We pay via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to register and must select the QuickPay option through RPMCarriers.com.
Yes, there is a fee taken. RPM takes a 3% Fee, and PayPal charges an additional fee of 2.9%. In total, the fee is 5.9%.
You must select QuickPay and have a registered PayPal account. Once your load delivers, send your Invoice, Rate Confirmation, and signed Bill of Lading to QuickPay@LoadRPM.com If we receive all necessary, legible paperwork by noon (eastern) we pay same day. If we receive all necessary, legible paperwork after noon (eastern), we pay next business day.
You must include the following:
a. Invoice, which indicates your company name, amount due, RPM Pro Number, Summary of Items transported
b. RPM Rate Confirmation (so we can identify which load and verify rate matches)
c. Signed Bill of Lading
i. Must be signed received at Delivery by the Consignee
ii. If this is for vehicles, the full 17 digits of the VIN MUST be recorded on the BOL
iii. BOL should also indicate RPM Pro Number
d. Any Lumper or Assessorial fee receipts
e. Any Customer Specific Paperwork that may be required and notified at time of dispatch and/or on your rate confirmation

If you emailed it to accounting, you’ll get an automatic confirmation. If you don’t get the confirmation, Accounting didn’t receive your paperwork and you aren’t scheduled to be paid.

There is a good chance you won’t. Many of our customers require the full 17, and therefore, RPM requires the full 17 of a VIN. While you may work with us and 8 is okay, you may also work with us when it’s not enough. For that reason, it’s best to ALWAYS include the full 17 of the VIN.
